    NN Life Insurance will relocate its headquarters to Shibuya Scramble Square in the spring of 2020. The company will lease the 42nd and 43rd floors with an estimated floor area of over 1,700 tsubos [5,620 m2] and part of the 44th floor, where about 700 employees will work. >>

    Orix Real Estate will move its headquarters to Nippon Life Hamamatsucho Crea Tower in Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku on February 12. The company and multiple real estate business units in the Orix group will lease an estimated floor area of 2,370 tsubos [7,830 m2] on the three floors from the 12th floor to 14th floor. >>

  • SoftBank, WeWork to lease over 26,000 tsubos in Takeshiba Area Development Project 01.31.2019

    SoftBank and its holding company SoftBank Group will relocate their headquarters to tentatively-named Takeshiba Area Development Project Office Building in Kaigan, Minato-ku in fiscal 2020. They will lease 28 floors among the ninth to 39th office floors. The area to be leased is estimated to be approximately 24,000 tsubos [79,300 m2]. Separately, WeWork is scheduled to lease an estimated area of approximately 2,600 tsubos [8,600 m2] in total on three other floors and establish a collaboration office. >>
