    Developer Shin-Nihon Tatemono acquired Maruyoshi Building, an office property in Kanda-Misakicho, Chiyoda-ku, in November 2018. The company will reconstruct the property into a restaurant building. The seller was Chiyoda-ku real estate company Tokyo City Development, which obtained the building in March 2018. >>

  • Nippon Life developing large office building in Osaka 03.19.2019

    Nippon Life Insurance will develop a large office building in the Yodoyabashi area of Osaka City. The building will have 25 floors above ground and one below with approximately 51,500 m2 of gross floor area.>>

  • Daiichi Realter developing hotel in Shiba, Minato-ku 03.18.2019

    Minato-ku's Daiichi Realter acquired Mo Building 1 in Shiba, Minato-ku in November 2018. The company will reconstruct the property into a hotel. The seller was Shibuya-ku real estate company J1planning.>>

  • Apa to develop largest western Japan hotel in Osaka's Umeda 03.15.2019

    Apa Home, a subsidiary of hotel chain operator Apa Group, acquired 3,199 m2 of land in Sonezaki, Kita-ku, Osaka City in February 2019. It plans to develop a tower hotel with 31 floors above ground and more than 1,500 guestrooms.>>

  • Sekisui House subsidiary developing shared office building in Shiba, Minato-ku 03.08.2019

    Shibuya-ku's Sekiwa Real Estate, a subsidiary of Sekisui House, will construct a mixed-use building consisting of shared offices, restaurants and retail spaces in Shiba, Minato-ku. The site is owned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. >>

  • Mitsubishi developing office and hotel in Harumi, Chuo-ku 02.27.2019

    Mitsubishi Estate will develop an office building and a hotel on the former site of Harumi Park Building Main Building and Annex in Harumi, Chuo-ku. The office building and the hotel building will have an aggregate gross floor area of approximately 50,700 m2. >>
