  • Tokyo Tatemono developing 180,000 m2 GFA skyscraper near Tokyo Station 05.23.2019

    Tokyo Tatemono submitted an urban plan (draft) for the Yaesu Itchome North District Category I Urban Redevelopment Project, which is planned in Yaesu, Chuo-ku. The project calls for the construction of a super high-rise building and a small building with aggregate gross floor area of approximately 181,500 m2 on an approximately 9,260 m2 plot.>>

  • Daiichi Realter developing hotel in Ueno, Taito-ku 05.23.2019

    Minato-ku-based Daiichi Realter obtained 305 m2 of land in Higashi-Ueno, Taito-ku. The transaction took place in March 2019. The company plans to construct a limited service hotel on the land. >>

  • Daiichi Realter developing hotel in Edogawa-ku 05.21.2019

    Minato-ku's Daiichi Realter obtained 275 m2 of land in Nishi-Kasai, Edogawa-ku. The seller was condominium developer Cosmos Initia. Daiichi Realter plans to construct a limited-service hotel on the land. >>

  • Taisei-Yuraku to construct hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto 05.20.2019

    Taisei-Yuraku Real Estate will construct a hotel in Minato-ku, Tokyo and Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, respectively. This will be the first time for the company to newly develop hotels.>>

  • Mitsui plans 117,000 m2 redevelopment in Nihonbashi-Muromachi 05.17.2019

    Mitsui Fudosan submitted an urban plan (draft) for Nihonbashi-Muromachi Itchome District Urban Development Project, which is planned in Nihonbashi-Muromachi, Chuo-ku. The project calls for the construction of a super high-rise building and three small buildings with approximately 116,950 m2 of aggregate gross floor area on an approximately 6,830 m2 plot.>>

  • Daiichi Realter developing two apartments in Ebisu, Shibuya-ku 05.16.2019

    Minato-ku's Daiichi Realter obtained 222 m2 of land in Ebisu, Shibuya-ku. The transaction took place in December 2018 and the seller was Shibuya-ku real estate company J1planning. Daiichi Realter plans to construct an apartment building on the land.>>

  • Rental office building planned in Ginza 05.16.2019

    Chuo-ku's Residence Building Management (RBM) will develop a rental office building in Ginza, Chuo-ku. Construction will start in October 2019, with completion targeted for February 2022.>>

  • Serviced office operator develops mixed-use building in Okubo, Shinjuku-ku 05.15.2019

    Tensho Building of Chuo-ku, which develops and operates serviced offices, purchased 165 m2 of land in Okubo, Shinjuku-ku. The transaction took place in November 2018. The company plans to construct a mixed-use building consisting of offices and residences. >>

  • Osaka Gas subsidiary developing two Tokyo rental apartments 05.14.2019

    Osaka Gas Urban Development, a subsidiary of Osaka Gas, acquired Urbanex Kinshicho, a rental apartment building in Taihei, Sumida-ku, Tokyo, when the construction was completed in January 2019. The company also disclosed that it is developing another rental apartment building in Sumiyoshi, Koto-ku.>>
