  • Cleaning supplies vendor Sanikleen to move to Taiyo Seimei Nihonbashi 04.24.2018

    Sanikleen will relocate its headquarters to Taiyo Seimei Nihonbashi Building in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku. The company will lease one floor in the building, which has a typical floor plate of 368 tsubos [1,220 m2]. About 90 employees will work at the new location.>>

  • Sony Lifecare moving to Shibuya Pine Building 04.23.2018

    Sony Lifecare will relocate its headquarters to Shibuya Pine Building in Shibuya, Shibuya-ku. Business operations at the new location will start on May 14. The company will lease the sixth floor of the building, which has a typical floor plate of 128 tsubos [423 m2], together with its affiliate Lifecare Design, and about 30 employees will work on the floor. >>

  • Shinoken opening Tokyo HQ in Hamamatsucho Crea Tower 04.20.2018

    JASDAQ-listed company Shinoken Group will open its Tokyo Headquarters in Nippon Life Hamamatsucho Crea Tower. Operations will start on November 27. The company will lease the entire 20th floor of the building where about 400 employees including staff of its subsidiaries will work. >>

  • JR East Consultants relocating to Osaki Garden Tower 04.19.2018

    JR East Consultants, which is affiliated with East Japan Railway (JR East), will relocate its headquarters to the 14th floor of Sumitomo Fudosan Osaki Garden Tower on May 1. The company will concentrate offices that are dispersed in three locations into a single location to streamline its business operations.>>

  • IT integrator Solxyz relocating to Tamachi Station Tower S 04.17.2018

    Solxyz, a listed company on the first section of Tokyo Stock Exchange, will relocate its headquarters to Tamachi Station Tower S in msb (mu-su-bu) Tamachi in front of JR Tamachi Station in the first half of 2019. The company will lease slightly more than one-third of a floor in the building, which has a typical floor plate of 936 tsubos [3,090 m2]. >>

  • IT systems integrator Japan Process moving office to Muza Kawasaki 04.16.2018

    Japan Process Development of Minato-ku, which is listed on the JASDAQ market, will relocate its Keihin Office to Muza Kawasaki Central Tower in Omiyacho, Saiwai-ku, Kawasaki City in June 2018. The independent system integrator will lease 176 tsubos [582 m2] of floor area on the 26th floor of the building, where about 250 employees will work. >>

  • Sekisui House Investment Advisors moving to Akasaka Garden City 04.13.2018

    Sekisui House Investment Advisors will relocate its headquarters to Akasaka Garden City in Akasaka, Minato-ku. The move will take place on May 1. Sekisui House Investment Advisors is the management company of Sekisui House REIT. The REIT will take over Sekisui House Residential REIT and Sekisui House Investment Advisors will merge Sekisui House Asset Management accordingly on May 1.     Mandom, a cosmetics manufacturer of Osaka City, is considering relocation to newly constructed Taiyo Seimei Nihonbashi Building in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Sources indicated that the company will lease about one floor in the building, which has a typical floor plate of 368 tsubos [1,220 m2]. >>

  • WeWork opening sixth Tokyo facility in Hibiya Parkfront 04.11.2018

    WeWork will establish its collaboration office in Hibiya Parkfront in Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku. The office will be opened on July 2. The company will lease four floors in the building, which has a typical floor plate of 630 tsubos [2,080 m2], and prepare 1,900 desks. It will be the largest co-working space among its six facilities in Japan.>>

  • CyberAgent to take up two Shibuya buildings 04.09.2018

    CyberAgent will integrate its dispersed offices into two buildings that will be completed in Shibuya in 2019. An investigation by Nikkei Real Estate Market Report recently revealed that the internet ad agency will move into Sumitomo Fudosan Shibuya Tower which is being constructed in Udagawacho. Moreover, the company has announced that it will also have an office in tentatively-named Shibuya Scramble Square East Tower which will be constructed above JR Shibuya Station. >>
